Sessions include meditation, Kemetic yoga practice and stress management exercises like breath work (pranayama).

It all started with yoga...
I could spend this entire paragraph talking about the benefits of yoga, but I'll just tell you this: It all started with yoga for me. Yoga gave me the mind space necessary to start a healing journey, and the ground base to maintain the work I've done throughout the years. To this day, Yoga still helps me keep my inner balance.
It has nothing to do with flexibility or strength, even though we do work on that. It is all about the transformation that happens within your body, mind and soul when you practice Yoga.
